Professional Biography

Dr. Parviz Yazdani, DMD, BSc (Anat), BSc (Physio), is a Canadian dentist and the Owner and Clinical Director of NEESH Dental. After beginning his university studies at McGill University, he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry in 1998 and entered practice immediately. He purchased NEESH Dental in 2010, modernizing the clinic while building on the strong reputation established over the previous 30 years. Over his career, Dr. Yazdani has held ownership, management or clinical leadership roles across 16 dental practices. He provides a broad scope of general dentistry, with particular interest in Invisalign treatment and conservative cosmetic and aesthetic solutions. He believes every smile is unique and that treatment should help patients look like the best natural version of themselves, rather than fit a standard mould. His background also includes teaching dental students, leading community outreach programs and contributing to dental education for medical professionals.

Dr. Yazdani has provided Invisalign treatment for more than 20 years and has managed hundreds of clear aligner cases. His approach emphasizes careful diagnosis, individualized treatment planning and conservative solutions that preserve natural tooth structure whenever possible.

He has also undertaken facial aesthetics and neuromodulator training through the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics & Therapeutics.

Leadership, Teaching and Community Service

Throughout his career, Dr. Yazdani has been involved in the ownership, management or clinical leadership of 16 dental practices.

Earlier in his career, he worked in Vancouver before returning to Saskatchewan, where he participated in a joint venture providing dental services in partnership with an Indigenous government.

Dr. Yazdani was the founding director of Saskatoon West Dental, an inner-city outreach clinic developed jointly with the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. He held that position for eight years, helping provide comprehensive general dental care to people facing barriers to accessing oral health services.

His professional background also includes:

  • Leadership in overseas dental-service initiatives
  • Work with international NGOs and local communities in remote and developing regions
  • Presentations and dental education for medical professionals through continuing education programs
